8 & Under Athletes
We will hold open house tryouts for 8 & under swimmers at American University on Monday, June 23rd and Monday, July 14th at 5:30pm. Please fill out this form to sign-up.
9 & Over Athletes
We will hold tryouts at practices for 9 & over swimmers throughout the summer. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in scheduling a tryout. A coach will follow up if there is a group that would be a good fit for your athlete to try out with.

Swimmer Evaluations
Swimmers wishing to join our competitive team are required to perform all four strokes legally (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle).
If your child has club team experience, please contact Head Coach Jessica Fry-Mack for a practice tryout instead of an evaluation.
COMPETITIVE TEAM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be legal in accordance with USA Swimming standards in all four stroke disciplines (Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Breaststroke).
- Must have previous swim experience with one or more of the following:
1) Stroke school, swim school, or lesson program (achieving top levels).
2) Summer league swim team experience of at least one summer.
3) Been part of a USA Swim Team previously.
4) Been part of a high school or middle school swim team previously.
10 and Under Tryouts
For swimmers that are 6-10 years of age , please sign-up on the link below.
For swimmers that are 11-12 years of age, please sign-up on the link below.
11-12 Tryouts
All swimmers who are 13 years of age or older can reach out to Nicole Linn for an individual evaluation.
Evaluations will be scheduled based on space available after June 16th. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SWIMMER'S FULL NAME, AGE, DATE OF BIRTH, AND CURRENT OR PREVIOUS SWIM TEAMS IN THE EMAIL.
13 & Over Swimmers
Georgetown Prep is FULL for the 2025-2026 season.
Holton Arms is FULL for 8 & unders, as well as 9-10s.
