They will host 2 open houses the week of July 20th, in the late afternoons. Exact date and times and locations will be posted on the Alexandria website, linked above.
Alexandria
8 & Unders:
We will hold open house tryouts for 8 & under swimmers on Monday June 29th and Monday July 13th at 5:30pm at American University. Please fill out the form below to sign-up.
9 & Overs:
We will hold tryouts at practices for 9 & over swimmers throughout the summer. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in scheduling a tryout. A coach will follow up if there is a group that would be a good fit for your athlete to try out with.

All evaluations take place at 21105 Cooper Hawk Drive, Broadlands, VA 20148.
Each tryout consists of a thirty (30) minute practice session that will cover each stroke and will include turns and dives for those comfortable in performing them.
Burke
Tryout Dates:
Tuesday July 7th at 7 pm
Tuesday July 21st at 7 pm
Sunday August 2nd at 7 pm.
Please pay attention to the pool location where the tryout will be held.
Swimmers must be able to swim one lap of freestyle and one lap of backstroke unassisted in deep water to attend tryouts.
10 & Unders:
Please pay attention to the pool location where the tryout will be held at.
11 & 12 Year Olds:
13 & Over space is very limited.
Please reach out to Nicole Linn and include the athlete's full name, age, date of birth, and current or past swim teams.
13 & Overs:
6 Year olds will be allowed on a case by case basis. Please email Christine for approval at ccochrane@nationscapitalswimming.com.

Date Options are: Tuesday June 30th: 7:00 - 8:30 AM at Montgomery Square OR Thursday July 9th: 7:30 - 8:30 AM at Montgomery Square (7-8 Year olds)
