Tryouts for athletes 6 - 14 years of age for the 2025-2026 season, starting in September 2025.
Tryouts held at Vint Hill Pool- 6862 Johnson Drive, Warrenton, VA

Enrollment will open on Nov. 9th for current families and Nov. 16th for new families.

Program Costs:
$385
Ability to swim TWO FULL LAPS of freestyle, with side breathing.
Ability to swim TWO FULL LAPS of backstroke comfortably.
Ability to swim 25 yard freestyle in under one (1) minute.
Ability to get in and tread water at 12 feet of depth without the assistance of a landline, floatation device, or another swimmer.
Ability to withstand water temperatures as low as 77º F for an hour.
Program Requirements
IMPORTANT: New swimmers 8 & Under years old MUST reach out to be evaluated before approval, please contact Nicole Linn (nlinn@nationscapitalswimming.com) to schedule an evaluation.
This program is for swimmers ages 5 to 14.
