Our DEVELOPMENTAL STROKE SCHOOL is devoted to competitive stroke instruction with an emphasis on balance in the water through specialized drills. This program is for 6 - 14 year olds (no high school swimmers). It is not a "beginner or novice" learn to swim program.

New swimmers 8 & Under years old MUST reach out to be evaluated before approval.

DATES - 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/22
Program Costs:
$350
Ability to swim TWO FULL LAPS of freestyle, with side breathing.
Ability to swim TWO FULL LAPS of backstroke comfortably.
Ability to swim 25 yard freestyle in under one (1) minute.
Ability to get in and tread water at 12 feet of depth without the assistance of a landline, floatation device, or another swimmer.
Ability to withstand water temperatures as low as 77º F for an hour.
This is not a small group or individual lesson. Swimmers must be able to manage themselves independently in a group of 10-12 athletes per 1 coach.
