High School Prep is designed to give those participating on their high school swim teams a jump start to the high school season, enhancing and fine tuning their skills in all 4 strokes as well as build endurance and speed in the water and developing race strategies for their high school races.

Schedule (24 practices total):
Saturdays | 10am - 11am | 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2
Mondays | 4:30-5:30 | 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3
Wednesdays | 4:30-5:30 | 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4
*dates are tentative, we will confirm schedule above by mid-August
**There are no make-ups if you miss a practice. If we have to cancel a practice, we will do our best to find pool space to offer a make-up at our Vint Hill Pool. Day and time may not be the same as our normal practice schedule.
Program Requirements
Swimmers must be in high school (9th-12th grade) for the 2026-2027 school year and must be able to complete 100 yards of Freestyle and 50 yards of each non-free stroke.
