2025-2026 Season Try Outs

Swimmers that are 10 years of age and younger need to come in for an evaluation to ensure they can meet the below requirements.  All swimmers must meet these requirements for our developmental stroke school. You can sign-up for a 10 and under evaluation or reach out to Nicole Linn if they are filled.

  • Ability to swim TWO FULL LAPS of freestyle, with side breathing and in deep water.

  • Ability to swim TWO FULL LAPS of backstroke comfortably in deep water. 

  • Ability to swim 25 yard freestyle in under one (1) minute.

  • Ability to get in and tread water at 12 feet of depth without the assistance of a landline, floatation device, or another swimmer.

  • Ability to withstand water temperatures as low as 77º F for an hour.

Program Requirements
