SKILL REQUIREMENT:
- ATHLETES MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM 2 LAPS EACH OF FREESTYLE AND BACKSTROKE.
- ATHLETES MUST BE ABLE TO BREATHE TO THE SIDE DURING FREESTYLE.
- ATHLETES MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM THE LENGTH OF THE POOL UNDER 1 MINUTE.
- ATHLETES MUST BE COMFORTABLE SWIMMING IN TWELVE (12) FOOT WATER.
- ABILITY TO WITHSTAND WATER TEMPERATURE AS LOW AS 78-79º F FOR A FULL ONE HOUR CLASS.
Program Requirements
This program is for swimmers ages 6 to 14.
